Travel And More’s French Cooking School
TRAVEL AND MORE's French Cooking School is an exciting new course all about French cooking. You will learn the story of French dishes and produce, where the recipes originate and the best way to cook them.
The whole experience takes place in a beautiful house in McMahons Point. The classes consist of only six people and run for two hours. All you need is to bring yourself, your enthusiasm and interest in French food. All ingredients and utensils will be provided.
And the day ends with the opportunity to enjoy what you have cooked!
The best news of course, is that the class is taught by a French cooking teacher who learned how to cook in the pure tradition of old French families. Hélene, who happens to be the famous General De Gaulle's great niece, had a restaurant in Paris for a number of years and adapted the old fashioned cuisine to cook recipes in a modern way. Plus, they’re healthy for the body and beautiful to look at. "I will teach you how to cook a marvellous dinner in ten minutes, such as melon soup or poulet à la normande (chicken à la normande)," Helene says with absolute confidence.
After the lesson you will amazed by what you can create – lovely, delicious food that is good for you, quick and easy to prepare and elegant enough to serve at your next dinner party - or for that special someone, should you get swept away in French romance. We all know how important that is for a true French experience!
